"Golden Stream"
On one of our trips up to the Pacific Northwest we stopped at the beautiful Multnomah Falls, about 30 miles up the Columbia River Gorge from Portland, Oregon. That day we took some extra time and hiked up the zig-zag trail to the head of the falls. It is a short hike with a great view as a reward. This painting shows the river just before it feeds into the falls, which drops a total of 620 feet in two steps.
